Diners can enjoy a tantalizing selection of specialties with a modern twist, including tender prime aged Angus beef, classic game dishes and fresh seafood complemented by an extensive wine list of premium international vintages. Fresh and organic produce is used throughout the menu, and Exchange Grill’s chefs create three-monthly masterpieces (an appetiser, main and dessert) with mouth-watering flavour and only seasonal produce.
