The Hill's reality stars officially say "I Do"

After their runaway wedding ceremony in Mexico five months ago, HEIDI MONTAG and SPENCER PRATT made their marriage official with a ceremony in Pasadena, California this weekend.

In front of 200 friends and family - including AUDRINA PARTIDGE, KRISTIN CAVALLARI and BRODY JENNER - the reality TV stars said "I Do" with 22-year-old Heidi calling it "the best day of my life"
