The ancient Vietnamese trading port of Hoi An, renowned for its traditional homes decorated with stunning tangerine walls and bright turquoise shutters, provided the inspiration for the restaurant’s vibrant, traditional interior. And the menu is equally exciting and vivid. Fresh, healthy Vietnamese ingredients are subtly fused with modern French cooking techniques to produce a unique combination of East meets West flavours. Signature dishes include the oven-baked catch of the day in lotus leaves with ginger and lemon sauce – unique because the lotus leaves give added flavour, and it is also Vietnam’s national flower.
