“Everyone’s turned on me. I’m so alone.” Lindsay declared to Us Weekly last week, in the wake of her very public split from Sam. “I’m in absolute hell! I’m just really hurt. The whole situation is sick.”

And while most heartbroken 22 year olds would lick their wounds in private, the troubled actress has been talking publicly about the break-up, hitting the LA clubs, dyeing her hair, getting a new tattoo and spiralling even further out of control.

Erratic post-break-up behaviour
“Lindsay barely sleeps, which explains a lot of her behaviour,” revealed a worried pal. “She’s exhausted. She can’t even sit down for a minute without pacing around the room. It’s really sad.” And as the star trawled the LA clubbing scene last week, even enlisting the paparazzi to let her know where Sam was, eyewitnesses revealed “her mood was frantic. She looked worn out, and really skinny.”

Sam’s role in her meltdown
Friends of the pair say that whilst the 31-year-old DJ has “begged Lindsay to get help,” that Sam has been instrumental in encouraging her ex’s behaviour.

“While SAM doesn’t want to deal with the drama, in a sick way she is obsessed with this part of Lindsay’s behaviour,” insisted a friend. “It’s like she doesn’t want it, but when Lindsay stops writing, she begins to miss it.” And a friend of the Ronson family revealed to People, “Sam’s family has made her swear that it’s really over. They are giving her all the support they can to keep her away from Lindsay.”

A-list pals turn against her
Lindsay has revealed what happened at the Chateau Marmont the night she was refused entry, claiming she was only there because she was staying at the hotel.

“I only walked in there because this guy who I thought was my friend said Samantha wanted to speak to me,” she told Us Weekly. “I walk in, and she’s in the bathroom crying and someone’s standing in front of the door. They asked me to leave… When I was leaving, [Sam’s] friend starts screaming, ‘Get the f*** out of here.’ And then NICOLE RITCHIE walks past and goes, ‘Uck!’ and I don’t know what I’ve ever done to her. DREA DE MATTEO walked out of the room and said, ‘Come at me, b****.’” Adding, “Mark [Ronson], who I had just spoken to a half hour ago and he was completely nice, is now saying, like, he’s going to call the cops on me. They had to embarrass me. It’s not fair.”

Despite her crumbling relationship, Lindsay insists to paps that everything is “fine” between her and Sam.

Wednesday 1
Once again without Sam, Lindsay turns up to party at the Chateau Marmont with her 15-year-old sister, Ali in tow.

Thursday 2
Lindsay shocks concert goers and the British singer when she jumps on stage during Lily Allen’s LA concert at the Wiltern.

Friday 3
Lindsay is barred from Sam’s DJ gig at the Chateau Marmont after security guards refuse to let her in. “Lindsay knew she was unwanted, but came anyway,” spilled a pal.

Saturday 4
Sam gets the locks changed at her house. Later that night, Lindsay parties at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. “She would scream that we [the paparazzi] were scaring her and then start rambling about how much she loves Samantha,” revealed a pap.

Sunday 5
Lindsay denies rumours she and Sam have split, calling them “not true”. She later Twitters, “I was right all along. Cheat. Being cheated on does wonders to you. I’m doing this publicly because u&ur friends call People mag. So you win, you broke my heart. Now go away. I loved you.”

Monday 6
Sources reveal that Sam looks into getting a restraining order against Lindsay. Later on, Lindsay hits a Hollywood club with her mum, Dina, with eyewitnesses saying she drank vodka and diet coke.

Tuesday 7
Lindsay visits a tattoo parlour at 3am with her sister Ali. “She was calling the paps to see who Samantha was with at the Chateau Marmont,” said a parlour source.

Wednesday 8
The actress tells the paps, “You make it seem like it’s over – it’s not.” Adding, “People take breaks, it’s okay, it’s normal [to] focus on themselves.” Lindsay then dyes her hair back to its natural red and dines with her mum and pals at Nobu.

Thursday 9
LiLo hits Chateau Marmont and then Hollywood club, Teddy’s. She then showed up at Bar Deluxe – a haunt of Samantha’s – before heading home around 2am where she proceeded to pelt the paps with eggs along with her friends.
