Spotted sitting atop BRC’s head at a benefit bash in LA last week, was a superb example of Jen An’s monster haircut hit from the 90s – ‘The Rachel’ – sliiiiightly modified to allow for the current economic climate of the 2000’s (i.e he didn’t splash out on voluminising mousse)

Add into the mix, a bit of dabbling with a Clairol home-streaking kit and liberal use of Miley’s flat irons and, ladies and gents, may we present… ‘The Billy!’ It’s sooo gonna catch on!
