The heiress came over all ‘Nicky Hilton: Street Cop’ last week, when she performed a citizen’s arrest on a “transient” who “shoved her” after she left an all-night pancake café.

“One of our deputies... heard a commotion,” revealed an LA spokes-cop. “He went outside and discovered that Ms Nicky Hilton was pushed from behind.”.
