A 41-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly stalking CELINE DION (who knew?).

The unnamed fan was apprehended outside the singer's Canadian home after he demanded to be allowed to see Dion or her husband, RENE ANGELIL.

When he refused to leave, the police were called and the fan was admitted to hospital for psychiatric evaluation.

He'll face stalking charges at a hearing on Monday.
