But it seems the pretty actress has fallen victim to Hollywood's obsession with Size 0 - and is looking dangerously thin.

In this recent shocking picture, the actress' eyes are sunken and glazed, her cheekbones unnaturally protruding and her collar bones look to making a bid for freedom from her pasty skin.

Friends of the 27-year-old star fear she is on a desperate mission to revive her flagging career. Sources say she is convinced the offers dried up after she lost the teen-gangly frame -which shot her to international fame in the TV series the OC - and developed some womanly curves.

Last year Mischa was snapped in her bikini with what appeared to be cellulite on the back of her legs, which sources claim triggered her quest for a new super-skinny body.
